Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven NRI Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing and building relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing financial advisory services, and recommending suitable financial products to meet their needs. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills including client onboarding, retention, and engagement
- Thorough understanding of financial products and services, including investments, savings, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving set targets
- Sound knowledge of NRI banking regulations, financial planning, and global investment opportunities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client portfolios efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; certifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage
- Professional experience in financial services, banking, or investment management, particularly with NRI clients, is preferred
