Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition Management: Acquiring new NRI clients (NTB - New-to-Bank) and managing high-value relationships.
- Financial Solutions: Offering investment products, managing NRI deposits (NRE/NRO/FCNR), and assisting with foreign exchange requirements.
- Service Retention: Acting as the primary point of contact for NRI banking needs, conducting regular reviews, and managing portfolio profitability.
- Cross-selling: Promoting banking products such as insurance, investments, and credit products to existing NRI customers.
- KYC Compliance: Ensuring all transactions and client onboarding comply with RBI guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, business, or banking.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail banking, wealth management, or HNI (High Net Worth Individual) client handling is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales negotiation, relationship management, and financial acumen. m +4
