NR Relationship ManagerPeoplemint Consultantsfull-timeRequired skillsbankingcommunication skillsCRMcustomer engagementinterpersonal skillsAbout the role Peoplemint Consultants Website: peoplemint.in Job details: Main Accountabilities:Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies and overseas branches.Provide financial solutions to the NRI customers while maintaining high service standardsMaintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bankMaintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offeringsEnrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activitiesDeepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment productsReview the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to IndiaIdentify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetrationAchieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basisRecord and track all engagement activities through the CRM systemComply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the BankRegular interaction with central teams to help build a strong customer propositionStrong Analytical, Presentation skills and MIS reporting are required & should be able to present to Senior Management the desk investment policies and strategies.Strong analytical and interpretative skills, Integrity, Ability to establish trust, Self-driven, Team Player, Team Management, Networking Ability, Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines.Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:Educational Qualification- Graduate/Post GraduateRelevant Job Experience- 3-9 YearsSkills and Competencies- Domain expertise: Need detailed understanding of NRI /HNI (Affluent) & remittance business.Client relationship management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain high trust and long term relationship with clientsCommunication: Excellent verbal and communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearlySales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
