Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced NPD & Quality Manager to lead new product development and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong market research skills, develop innovative products based on consumer trends, create formulations, conduct product trials, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Research market trends and competitor products.
- Generate new product ideas based on consumer demand.
- Develop product concepts, formulations, and herbal blends.
- Conduct product tasting, trials, and improvements.
- Select ingredients and optimize formulations.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare SOPs, product documentation, and specifications.
- Work with Procurement, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for successful product launches.
Requirements- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in NPD, Quality, or Food Product Development.
- Experience in Herbal Wellness, Tea, Functional Foods, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG is preferred.
