Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Surat for a New Product Development (NPD) Manager. The NPD Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of research, formulation, and development of new personal care products. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing innovative products to align with market trends and consumer expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of Research and Development (R&D) processes and practices
- Strong background in Food Technology and Food Science
- Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Experience in or understanding of the Food or Personal Care Industry
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in new product development and/or innovation is a plus
