Role Description
The NPD Lead will oversee new product development initiatives and drive innovation across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, managing product formulation and prototype development, and ensuring alignment with consumer trends and company standards. The role involves monitoring project timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and supporting the commercialization process. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Unjha.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Product Development, Product Formulation, and Innovation
- Proficiency in Project Management and Cross-functional Team Collaboration
- Strong Analytical, Research, and Problem-solving Skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Standards, and Regulatory Compliance
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management Abilities
- Relevant industry experience in the food and beverage sector is advantageous
- A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Any Food technology graduate/B.sc chemistry
