We're Hiring: NPD Manager – Skincare & Personal Care
📍 Bangalore | Full-time | 1–3 yrs experience
We're building new skincare & personal-care products from scratch and need someone who can own the journey from trend-spotting to shelf.
What you'll drive:
🔍 Trend & market research (Google Trends, Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart deep-dives, competitor benchmarking)
🧪 Ingredient & formulation research (actives, INCI, supplier & cost mapping)
🤝 Vendor sourcing & coordination (manufacturers, packaging, labs)
📊 End-to-end NPD project management — concept to launch
📋 Compliance & documentation (CoAs, MSDS, labelling)
You bring:
✅ 1–3 yrs in NPD/R&D/Product/Sourcing (cosmetics, FMCG or wellness preferred)
✅ Background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotech, Pharmacy or Food Tech (strong beauty-category business grads welcome too)
✅ Sharp research instincts — you turn data into decisions, not just links
✅ Excel/Sheets fluency, killer organization, and clear communication
Bonus points: vendor network in personal care, INCI/regulatory know-how, familiarity with Notion/Asana/ClickUp, D2C & marketplace savvy.
