*Job Description*
We are looking for a New Product Development *(NPD)* / New Project Development. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead new project development from RFQ stage to mass production.
• APQP / PPAP knowledge (automotive preferred).
• Customer coordination for technical requirements and approvals.
• Feasibility study (technical + commercial).
• Resource planning (man, machine, material, method).
• Timeline monitoring and project execution.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Cross-functional coordination (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase).
• Customer audits and trials management.
• Costing and budget control.
*Skills Required*
• Knowledge of painting processes (powder coating / liquid painting / ED coating).
• Project management skills.
• Problem solving tools (8D, Fishbone, Why-Why).
• Leadership and communication.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Paint Technology.
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: 20000 to 22000 (based on experience)
