We are seeking a skilled NPD Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the new product development process, focusing on the design and engineering of innovative auto parts. This position requires a strong understanding of product development methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the new product development process from initial concept through to production, ensuring that all products meet quality and performance standards. - Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop product specifications and ensure feasibility. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, translating these insights into actionable product features. - Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met within budget constraints. - Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members. - Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
