Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an NPD (New Product Development) Engineer located in Huzur. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality requirements and industry standards. Key responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, conducting product testing and validation, and analyzing design specifications. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-effective solutions, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Design and Development, Engineering Design, and Prototyping
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Quality Management Systems, and Production Techniques
- Experience in Project Management, Timeline Coordination, and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools used in automotive engineering
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
