We are looking for an experienced Now Platform Engineer to build custom applications, integrations, workflows, and workspaces on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build custom applications on the Now Platform
* Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts & UI Policies
* Configure workflows using Flow Designer & Orchestration
* Implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs & MID Server
* Build and configure workspaces using UI Builder
* Configure ACLs, roles, CMDB, reporting & dashboards
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the stack
Required Skills:
* Custom Application Development
* Scoped Apps & App Engine
* Flow Designer & Orchestration
* Integration Hub & REST APIs
* UI Builder & Configurable Workspace
* Service Catalog & ACL Security
* JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, REST/JSON
* AngularJS or React (Portal Widgets)
* CSM experience
* Familiarity with Now Assist & Agentic AI constructs
Experience: 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
