Job Purpose: Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations
- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis
- Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
- Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
- Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
- Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
- Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
Reporting Structure
Role will report into VP MR Sales
Interactions
Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR
External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.
II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
Profile: Ideally ~
- BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering
- MBA in Marketing
- With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCG industry, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation) etc.
Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing for sun-rise industries in the technology domain, with logistics and automation background.
