In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Monitoring and process control of specific operations.

• Good manufacturing practices.

• Maintenance of quality records.

• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment operating procedures, Standard cleaning procedure, Equipment Cleaning Checklist, Annexure and safety requirements.

• In-process product sampling, inspection and storage.

• Maintenance of Production equipment in coordination with Maintenance Department.

• Reporting of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.

• Adherence to Pollution, ZEAL and OHS requirements.

• Filling of Quality control documents.

• Entering data in Quality Records.

• Preparation and approval of EHS system documents in pro-duction.

• Creation, updating and confirmation of Process orders in SAP.

• Access to MSDS

• Creation, updating and confirmation of Process orders and label printing in SAP.

• Communication with cross functional department

• Monitoring and adherence to CCP2 requirements

• Adherence to Sampling procedure

• Understand Site goals with respect to Safety | Quality | De-livery and how they are applied to the process area

• Update SOLEAN board

• Follow Escalation procedure as part of Standard response to abnormality

• Experience in SCADA Operations.

Basic Qualification: B.E/B.Tech./M.Tech/M.Sc. (Production/Food Technology /Biotechnology)

Candidate profile:

• Work experience in Food/Chemical industries (3-5 Years).

• Specific experience in SAP (SAP R/3).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point)

• Knowledge of AAO is preferred.

• Experience in monitoring CCP2 and SCADA Operations is mandatory.

• Self-starter with ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.

• Willing to work in shifts.

Job Location - Patalganga MIDC, Rasayani (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai)

Transport - Available from Kharghar Station and Panvel Station.
