About the role
Are you our next Design Thinking wizard within the digital space? Can you gather user insights and transform them into intuitive, business-viable, and technically feasible digital solutions? We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our team for a one-year maternity cover.
This role is based in Ørestad, but as part of our team is located in Måløv, the selected candidate will be expected to work from both locations. If this sounds like the right op-portunity for you, read on!
The Position
You will be acting as a Design and User Experience consultant on different projects, where you will be the main responsible for gathering user insights and translating them into digital product concepts, from first user interview to building the proof of concept.
The user insights you gather will be a crucial part in scoping the projects and increasing end-user awareness in the organization, and hence great stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role.
As a Senior UX Designer, your responsibilities will be to:
Drive the design process from start to finish, including user research, ideation, and prototyping, and deliver the first visual and interaction design for the proof of concept using our Design System
Collaborate within a cross-functional team, which includes product owners, developers, innovation consultants, and other designers, and act as the main point of contact toward business experts and end-users
Communicate your findings effectively, ensuring stakeholders understand the link between user insights and design choices, and enabling stakeholders to make the right business choice by also considering viability and feasibility together with your team
Create prototypes in Figma, and have knowledge of systems like Dovetail or Maze
Qualifications
We imagine the ideal candidate will have most of the following skills:
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in user experience design, product design, user research, or digital innovation.
Proficiency in design and research tools, such as Figma, Dovetail, and Maze.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including persona devel-opment, journey mapping, usability testing, and data analysis.Experience with wireframing, interaction design, and prototyping to create seam-less user experiences.
Ability to drive user-centered processes within cross-functional teams and in ear-ly-stage product development.
Knowledge of design systems and their role in maintaining consistency across dig-ital products.
Fluent in English, as it is the primary language of communication.
