What you will be doing As Product Manager, you will be an integral member of the Data Enablers department, consists of three agile teams currently and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. Your main responsibilities include: Responsible for working with stakeholders to establish the product vision and drive the execution of the vision with the Agile Delivery teams. Responsible for on an ongoing basis to ensure that the Product Backlog is up to date with input from the Agile Teams, System Architects and stakeholders. Clarify and coordinate dependencies with Product Owners, Product Management, external stakeholders and Agile teams, and collaborate with these to visualize and prioritise stories accordingly Drive and execute strategic projects, roadmap and feature prioritization. Work with stakeholders to understand delivery value and impact Drive product data-driven decisions by user feedback and key product success metrics and OKRs Partner with key contributors to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and delivery timelines according to product strategy, roadmaps and OKRs Ensure the Agile team is delivering according to its commitment and work with the Agile team daily overcoming challenges and clarifying questions to ensure flow Collaborate with the Agile teams and stakeholders to understand enabler work, prioritize tasks, and ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done). Qualifications As a Product Manager, you are expected to possess advanced knowledge of Agile tools, along with experience in backlog management tools and prioritization techniques, in addition to a strong understanding of product development processes, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills for conveying product vision and benefits to stakeholders, all while thinking strategically, analyzing data, and aligning product strategy with organizational goals. To succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of the following: Extensive expertise in both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) domains, coupled with a proven track record in driving technological innovation across these areas. You have a master's degree in computer science, engineering or other relevant fields 3+ years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner working in an Agile team in a large and complex organisation. Good understanding of product development processes and ability to work with cross-functional teams to define and develop products that meet customer needs. Advanced knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe XP and DevOps. Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry will be an advantage. On a personal level, you have strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments. You excel at collaboration and building alignment among diverse stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills. As a skilled communicator and facilitator, you navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease, fostering strong relationships and trust. Your empathetic nature and ability to handle conflicts effectively make you a valuable team player who brings people together and drives positive outcomes.
