Your new role Our Graduate Programme is all about bringing together diverse change makers and equipping you with tools for personal and career growth while pushing you to grow beyond your limits and discover your full potential. During your rotations, you will: Underake three exciting and challenging rotations of eight months each, which will include our International Operations Strategic Operations, Denmark, one of our P&O Centres of Excellence in Denmark and a global affiliate. Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry. Partner with internal stakeholders and develop a strong P&O understanding to impact the business. Build the competencies required to become a future P&O leader or specialist at Novo Nordisk. Your graduate track As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. IO is split into five regions, spread across every continent of the globe with a head office (IO Strategic Operations) based in Zurich, Switzerland. In your role you will work closely with senior leaders in our People & Organisation functions, building an international network of world-class colleagues. You'll be mentored by experienced professionals equipping you with the skills and experience needed to become a valued and integral part of our company. Your skills & qualifications To succeed in the role, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria: A master's degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above-average academic achievements in one or more of the following fields: Human Resources Management, business administration, or international business. International experience from studying abroad, or through work or volunteering opportunities. Relevant work experience of no more than one year of full-time work either between, during or after completing a master's degree. Professional fluency in English and willingness to relocate globally. Additionally, you should possess a team-player attitude, demonstrate excellent communication skills, exhibit a strong drive, and a genuine eagerness to learn, all complemented by an international mindset.
