Associate Project Manager

As an Associate Project Manager, you are expected to work with other GBS Consulting Project managers to support them drive key strategic initiatives for GBS. You will be assisting in various projects and leading some on a need basis. Projects could be cross-functional in nature, could be driving GBS 2025 strategy etc. You will be responsible for the following: Prepare project plans, including scoping, design, validation, and implementation phases, while monitoring progress and escalating risks as needed. Track project meetings (MoM, agendas) and maintain documentation, including case studies, memos, and other key records. Stay updated on industry best practices in change management, GBS evolution, and transformation, while supporting strategic initiatives within GBS consulting. Use problem-solving skills to develop and design solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to finalize approaches. Prepare project charters outlining objectives, approaches, expected outcomes, team structures, and high-level plans with key milestones. Facilitate workshops, set up governance frameworks for problem-solving, and prepare tools and templates to support project execution. Lead and drive cross-functional projects with minimal guidance, coordinating stakeholder interactions, external meetings, and field visits when required.
