Configuration Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Configuration Assistant to join our team and support the configuration and optimization of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools used across various project teams. This is a great opportunity for a final-year student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in tool configuration, process implementation, and project coordination within a high-tech and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration of ALM tools (e.g., Codebeamer, Polarion, PTC, DOORS) based on specific project requirements
• Tailor ALM tools in alignment with ASPICE process standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Import project data into ALM tools and maintain accurate configuration
• Assist in automating tasks and optimizing processes for improved efficiency
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of the ALM tool

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary project teams (SYS, EE, MD, SW, TEST, QA) to understand needs and implement them in the ALM system
• Work in alignment with the Requirements Manager to define tasks and contribute to planning activities
• Report regularly to the Requirements Manager on progress and issues

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Final-year student or graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ALM tools such as Codebeamer, Polarion, PTC, or DOORS
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and Jira
• Understanding of the ASPICE process model
• Solid written and spoken English communication skills
