</div><div>Concord Preparatory School is seeking a <strong>results-driven and relationship-focused Director of Admissions</strong> to lead <strong>local student recruitment and enrollment growth</strong> across Irvine and the greater Orange County area.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the full admissions funnel and building strong community connections to support sustained enrollment growth.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead the full admissions cycle: <strong>inquiry → application → enrollment → matriculation</strong>
</li>
<li>Develop and execute <strong>local recruitment strategies</strong> to increase enrollment</li>
<li>Build partnerships with <strong>local schools, enrichment programs, and parent communities</strong>
</li>
<li>Represent the school at <strong>community events, fairs, and outreach initiatives</strong>
</li>
<li>Plan and manage admissions events (open houses, campus tours, info sessions)</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing on <strong>locally targeted campaigns and messaging</strong>
</li>
<li>Track performance metrics, analyze data, and improve conversion rates</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>3–5+ years of experience as a Director of Admissions</strong> (Private high school preferred)</li>
<li>Proven track record of <strong>meeting or exceeding enrollment targets</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong <strong>relationship-building and communication skills</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>local recruitment, community outreach, or school partnerships</strong>
</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with CRM and reporting experience</li>
<li>Ability to balance <strong>strategic planning with hands-on execution</strong>
</li>
<li>Passion for education and commitment to student-centered engagement</li>
