Your Role in the People Puzzle:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle - post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and collect feedback like a pro.
• Be the friendly face for candidates - coordinate interviews, share updates, and handle all pre-employment touchpoints.
• Help new hires hit the ground running by supporting seamless onboarding and compliance.
• Assist in executing smooth employee life cycle operations and managing critical HR documentation.
• Maintain and create talent data decks, reports, and ensure everything is organized, accurate, and ready to present.
• Support transitions and processes through efficient HR systems and change management strategies.

Skill and Will: What Makes You Stand Out!

• Academic Creds: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (pursuing or completed).
• Internship Experience: Prior exposure to HR ops or talent acquisition is a bonus — but not a deal breaker.
• Multitasking Pro: You thrive when juggling tasks and setting priorities.
• Detail Detective: Accuracy is your second nature.
• Clear Communicator: Whether with candidates or team members, your communication builds trust and clarity.
