What We're Looking For:
Education Level Required/Preferred Description:
- High School or GED, Required
- 2 Years of Experience Required/Preferred
- Previous medical experience, Preferred
Additional Skills/Requirements:
• Medical terminology and CPR-basic. Ability to operate electronic and computer-based equipment. Ability to recognize technical inferior EKG and take corrective action as appropriate. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred)
• MUSE system. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
What You'll Do:
• Perform EKGs, Holter monitor setups, and cardiac event monitoring with accuracy and efficiency
• Support physicians and clinical teams in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac conditions
• Ensure proper equipment function, cleanliness, and readiness for patient use
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients before and during testing
• Accurately document and report test results in the electronic medical record
