Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at Novam Tech. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and deriving insights that drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources - Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to solve business problems - Analyzing and interpreting data to uncover trends and patterns - Communicating findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams - Continuously improving and optimizing data-driven solutions Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in data science or a similar role - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL - Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Good communication and presentation skills
