Job Overview
This is a senior level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for M&A, IPO and other types of financial transactions. Responsible for driving deal execution and client relationships across the financial services sector, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset managers, fintech, and other regulated financial entities.. Ideal candidate to have a strong track record in financial advisory, M&A, IPO, capital raising and financial analysis, with the ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal structuring, execution, and negotiations for M&A, debt, capital market and equity transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors
- Develop and oversee financial models, valuations, and industry research
- Provide strategic insights and advisory support to clients on capital markets and growth opportunities
- Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution
- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
Skills
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Deep industry knowledge and established relationships in investment banking
Qualifications: MBA from top tier Institute/CA, CFA designation is preferred. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering. A strong academic record is essential.
