What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of experience in website analytics and automation.

✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics.

✔ Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.).

✔ Knowledge in Donorbox analytics

✔ Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.

✔ Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

✔ Ability to interpret user data and recommend improvements.

✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Your Role

As a Website Analyst, your work will enhance Nova Ukraine’s online presence, optimize user journeys, and improve engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

✔ Track user behavior using Google Analytics and provide insights on visitor interactions.

✔ Set up and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Google Analytics

✔ Monitor website engagement to identify trends and recommend improvements.

✔ Generate reports with actionable insights to refine our digital strategy.

Would be a plus

✔ Knowledge of data visualization tools

✔ Knowledge of GTM and Google Analytics

✔ Programming skills

Work conditions

✔ Volunteer role (unpaid).

✔ Remote work with collaboration via Slack and Asana.

✔ Reports to the Website Project Manager.
