SDE 1 & Intern (college grad)

At Nova Benefits, we are on a mission to build the most comprehensive health and wellness platform for Indian businesses. Our product seamlessly integrates with leading insurance providers and wellness service providers to offer an end-to-end health and wellness experience for employees. As an SDE 1 or Intern (college grad), you will be part of our fast-growing engineering team and will play a crucial role in building out our platform and feature roadmap. You will get to work on a variety of technologies including React, Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, etc. and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship high-quality features that delight our customers. If you are passionate about building high-impact products, have strong problem-solving and coding skills, and are excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!
