Company Strategy & Operations Lead

Nourish is on a mission to improve people's health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits. Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion. As the Company Strategy & Ops Lead, you'll work closely with our cofounder & CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the company. You'll have significant exposure to executive decision-making, playing an instrumental role in shaping company-wide goals, developing strategic roadmaps, and project managing board and investor relations processes. You'll collaborate directly with department leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness on strategic priorities, lead impactful special projects, and constantly refine our operating systems to maximize efficiency and transparency. Additionally, you'll own the broader execution and oversight of company-wide meetings, events, and initiatives, providing you direct exposure to all facets of our growing organization.
