Founding Fullstack Engineer

As a Founding Fullstack Engineer at Noto, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our product. You will work closely with the co-founders to build the core technology that powers our platform. Responsibilities: - Design and implement the backend and frontend systems that power our platform - Collaborate with the product team to translate product requirements into technical solutions - Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment - Work on scaling the platform to handle increasing traffic and user growth - Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a fullstack engineer, with expertise in technologies like React, Node.js, and MongoDB - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Passion for building high-quality, scalable software - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with agile development practices
