</div><div> <br>The Event Joy Creator serves our guests in person at the local Mall with creative celebration solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Event Joy Creators provide upbeat, interacts with customers walking by, LOVES to sell and wants to move around and create JOY!<br><br>

<strong>Compensation:<br><br></strong>The Event Joy Creators will earn at least <strong>$12.00</strong> per hour <strong>to start</strong>.<strong> </strong>Candidates<strong> </strong>may be further compensated based on their experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Abides by all NbC policies and procedures</li>
<li>Upholds NbC's image and brand</li>
<li>Acts as last line of defense for ensuring brand standards are met</li>
<li>Operates point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Gathers guest email addresses</li>
<li>Maintains a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions</li>
<li>Keeps retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandised</li>
<li>Dusts all retail surfaces, including all counter tops, and POS stations</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.<br><br>We are looking to bring our new colleague on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culturally.</div><div>
