ROLE SUMMARY As a Technical Program Manager at Notable Health, you'll lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and build strategic partnerships between engineering and other departments. You'll manage complex technical projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive technical projects across engineering teams, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality standards - Facilitate collaboration between engineering and customer delivery, customer success, and marketing teams - Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers - Lead technical planning sessions and coordinate cross-team implementation efforts - Track and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels - Analyze project metrics and optimize processes for efficiency WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of technical program management experience or similar experience - Success leading unique teams towards more efficient, high quality work - Proven ability to identify, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate program success - Experience working for vertical SaaS organizations - Has a track record of building stakeholder confidence from the front lines, all the way up to the C-suite - Proven ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries Desired Skills: - Experience with healthcare automation or workflow solutions - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.) - Background in implementing integration solutions across disparate systems - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
