Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals- Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up and troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, and other network protocols- Support Linux and Windows Server environments- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and resolve user requests- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their IT issues- Provide desktop support for software installations, upgrades, and patches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
