ResponsibilitiesThe Coordinator, Workforce Development Project Operations is the primary individual to answer phone calls and emails from employees and students which ensures the highest level of customer service. Schedules coaching sessions with career & college specialists that align with both the requestor’s and specialist's availability. Possesses an understanding and use of various systems including, but not limited to, iCIMS, Workday, and Asana. Assists with departmental projects as needed. Directs, manages, and audits specific Workforce Development projects (i.e. NCLEX, Norton Scholar FAQs, Norton Scholar quarterly survey, program overviews, etc.) with the utilization of Asana and iCIMS.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manages specific Workforce Development projects and produces project status reports for leadership. Ensures all projects are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Supports department by scheduling coaching sessions for Career & College Specialists.
- Supports department by answering phone calls and emails from employees and students regarding questions related to different Workforce Development programs.
QualificationsRequired:
- Three years of administrative experience
- Bachelor degree
Desired:
- One year of experience with project management and one year in a healthcare setting
- Project Management Professional
