Senior Full Stack Engineer

Northwest Partners is seeking a software engineer to contribute to a large-scale digital initiative for a top fintech organization. This role is hands-on, focused on building secure, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment using C#, Blazor, VUE.js, PHP, AWS, and database technologies. You will help shape architecture, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable systems.

What YOU will do

• design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using C#/.NET, Blazor, VUE.js, PHP, and related technologies

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native solutions

• conduct code reviews and advocate for software engineering best practices

• manage and optimize databases including MySQL and MSSQL

• integrate third-party APIs and services into existing systems

• contribute to architectural planning for core applications

• troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software and system issues

What YOU will bring us

• bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field

• 8+ years of software development experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET, VUE.js and Blazor

• background in fintech or financial services, with knowledge of compliance and secure systems

• experience with AWS, Docker, MySQL, and MSSQL

• solid understanding of software architecture and API design

• familiarity with Python, Symfony, or ORM frameworks is a plus

• experience with enterprise or business decision management systems is a plus

• strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

• ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teams
