Own and manage Northside’s digital presence for enrollment, including:

  • Overseeing and updating the school website (especially admissions/enrollment pages)
  • Ensuring clear, compelling, and up-to-date messaging for prospective families
  • Managing and maintaining enrollment-related content, deadlines, and calls to action

Lead social media strategy and execution for recruitment purposes:

  • Plan and manage content calendar aligned to enrollment cycle
  • Create or coordinate creation of posts highlighting school programs, student experience, and events
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategy to increase reach and conversions

Track and analyze marketing performance:

Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy based on data.

Community Outreach & Partnerships

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, student services, academic leadership) to ensure seamless onboarding of new students
  • Leverage shared staff and school resources to support recruitment efforts
  • Align enrollment strategy with academic programming, including specialized pathways

Data & Systems Management

  • Manage enrollment systems and student data platforms
  • Analyze trends and generate insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting models for enrollment planning

Family Experience

  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and welcoming experience for prospective families
  • Serve as a key point of escalation for complex admissions or enrollment cases
