<strong>What You'll Do:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines<br><br>
</li>
<li>Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments<br><br>
</li>
<li>Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Training & Growth Opportunities:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Cross-training available across four divisions:</strong> Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send<br><br>

<li>
<strong>Opportunity to obtain your insurance license</strong> if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days</strong> (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!)<br><br>

<li>Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role<br><br>
</li>
<li>Notary Public certification<br><br>
</li>
<li>Bilingual or multilingual<br><br>

<strong>Minimum Requirements:<br></strong><br>

<li>1+ year of customer service experience<br><br>
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license<br><br>
</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire<br><br>
