  • Maintain strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory methodology at all times.

  • Assist with compliant destruction of unusable or expired product, including complete documentation and chain-of-custody procedures.

Budback & Retail Floor Execution

  • Ensure the sales floor remains fully stocked with “Ready for Sale” product for both Adult-Use and Medical menus throughout every shift.

  • Execute restocking activities to support 100% of menu par expectations being met every shift/day.

  • Monitor sell-through and proactively prioritize restocking of high-volume or at-risk SKUs.

  • Pull, stage, and organize product for in-store, online, and delivery orders as needed.

  • Communicate low inventory alerts, restock needs, and product availability changes promptly to the Inventory Manager and store leadership.

  • Ensure physical inventory on the floor always matches POS, online, and digital menus

Inventory Organization & Control

    • Completed within the last seven (7) days of the month
