Job Description:
The Inventory Agent is a vital member of the retail operations team responsible for ensuring all
cannabis inventory is received, stored, handled, and restocked in a fully compliant and efficient
manner. This role supports both the adult-use and medical sales floors by maintaining accurate
product levels and ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and product availability at all times.
The Inventory Agent also assists in maintaining compliance within METRC and POS systems
(such as Dutchie), performs audits, supports floor restocks, and ensures accurate product
representation across in-store and online menus.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly
regulated environment. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Retail
Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow Inventory Team Members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Inventory Management & Compliance

Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong physical capability to perform repetitive motions: sitting, standing, stooping,
walking, reaching, twisting, etc.

Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain a New Jersey Agent Registration Card.

Completion of METRC industry training.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with METRC and Dutchie POS.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to read and interpret legal documentation and compliance policies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in cannabis, inventory control, quality assurance, or a regulated
industry is highly preferred.
