North Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated and clinical-minded ARNP to join our Specialty Clinic team. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient care for patients within our Sleep Medicine program. Position Overview
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our provider team to manage outpatient visits
and long-term treatment plans for various sleep disorders. While the Medical Director handles
all diagnostic interpretations, the ARNP is essential in managing patient care pathways and
clinical follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive outpatient evaluations for sleep-related concerns (e.g., sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome).
- Collaborate with the specialty team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on interpretations provided by the Medical Director.
- Provide patient follow-up care and management of durable medical equipment (DME) outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and coordinate care with primary care providers.
Schedule and Location:
- Status: Open to both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates.
- Location: In-person at our clinic is preferred to foster team integration; however, we are willing to consider remote/telehealth options for the right candidate.

- Physical demands: While performing duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; must have speech, vision, smell, touch and hearing corrected to normal range. - Work environment: Works inside in close working quarters with co-workers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Exposures: Muscular strain, body fluids, behavior of clients/patients/residents, infectious material, chemicals/cleaning solutions, potential allergens such as plants/flowers, and noxious odors.

- Active ARNP license in Washington State (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Previous experience in Sleep Medicine is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive Sleep Medicine training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this specialty.
