
We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Mazda dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, providing a premium ownership experience, and working in a team-driven environment.
Our ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to communicate effectively while helping customers understand and maintain their vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
What You’ll Need:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Creative, positive, team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
