Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance, with specific attention to California labor law, wage and hour requirements, and dealership-specific regulatory obligations.

Ensure accounting procedures account for the financial statement and cost-tracking implications of California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliance mandates.
