We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive B2B2C user acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and retention for our ecosystem through data-driven strategies, performance marketing, and product-led growth.
Role Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing scalable marketing strategies to drive user adoption and business growth across bePay, beChain, and Genesis. This role requires expertise in B2B2C marketing, lead nurturing, CRM, performance marketing, Web3 growth hacks, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B2C Growth & Lead Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, nurture, and convert both businesses and consumers.
Performance Marketing: Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
SEO, ASO & Content Strategy: Optimize search rankings for Google, App Stores, and Web3 discovery platforms.
Community & Referral Growth: Scale Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit communities through viral campaigns & reward-based referral programs.
Influencer & KOL Partnerships: Collaborate with crypto influencers, Web3 creators, and blockchain thought leaders for brand awareness & lead generation.
Lead Nurturing & CRM Optimization: Implement email automation, drip campaigns, and engagement workflows to move leads through the funnel.
Product-Led Growth: Design and execute growth loops, freemium strategies, and user onboarding funnels to drive organic adoption.
Data-Driven Growth & A/B Testing: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and CAC/LTV metrics to optimize growth strategies.
Hands-On Experience with Growth Tools: Work with Clevertap, HubSpot, Zapier, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other automation/analytics platforms to optimize user journeys and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
5+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Experience in Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, DeFi, or Crypto payments.
Proven experience in B2B2C marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, email automation, and sales funnel optimization.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, SEO, ASO, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with product-led growth, user retention, and Web3 growth hacking.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for CAC, LTV, and retention.
Hands-on expertise in Clevertap, HubSpot, Zapier, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Web3 analytics tools.
