About the role

Key responsibilities: A. Strategy Development and Execution 1. Develop operational plans based on business objectives (new user acquisition, retention, activation, conversion, etc.). 2. Monitor industry trends and competitive product trends to adjust operational strategies. B. Data Analysis and Optimization 1. Collect and analyze user behavior data, conversion rates, ROI, and other key metrics. 2. Identify issues through data and propose optimization solutions (such as adjusting campaign rules and page layout). C. User/Customer Operations 1. Establish a user segmentation system and design targeted engagement strategies (such as push notifications, social media, and membership systems). 2. Handle user feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty. D. Event Planning and Execution 1. Plan online/offline events (promotions, marketing campaigns, etc.), and follow up on implementation and effectiveness. E. Content Operations 1. Manage content production (copywriting, videos, graphics), ensuring content quality and effectiveness. 2. Optimize SEO/SEM to increase exposure. F. Cross-departmental Collaboration 1. Coordinate with product, technology, marketing, and other departments to drive project implementation.
