We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win—we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.

Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.

Hear about our vision directly from our CEO here.

Learn more about us:

  • 10+ Years of Impact: Started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you.
  • Market Leaders: 14 million students (and counting) use Noon across Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili.
  • Now: We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. We’re accelerating rapidly, well-funded, and profitable.
  • Office: Full-time, Riyadh-based. We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and we’d love to have you in it.

About the Role:

As our Head of Expansion, you will play a critical role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. You will lead efforts to convince school operators to integrate our Tracks, manage high-level stakeholder relationships, and collaborate closely with relevant government entities. This role is perfect for someone with a strong commercial mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to establish trust with various stakeholders in the education ecosystem.

What you will do:

Drive Adoption & Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard school operators to integrate Noon’s Tracks into their offering.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate contract terms.

Stakeholder & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school owners, C-level executives, and other key decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; ensure partners see tangible value in collaborating with Noon.

Government Relations

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with relevant government bodies.
  • Effectively communicate Noon’s value proposition to gain government buy-in and support future privatization initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay on top of market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Regularly share insights with internal teams to refine our go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of Noon’s tracks in partner schools
  • Provide feedback to drive product enhancements that resonate with local market needs.

What You’ll Bring

-Extensive Experience in Business Development

  • Proven track record of identifying and closing large-scale partnerships, preferably in the education or tech sectors.

-Strong Credibility & First-Impression Skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire confidence in high-level meetings.

-Relationship-Building Proficiency

  • Skilled at nurturing enduring partnerships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

-Market Intelligence:

  • Able to gather insights on market trends and competitor moves to shape strategic decisions.

-Highly Driven & Resilient

  • Committed to achieving objectives in the face of challenges and capable of navigating unfamiliar territory.

-Fluent in Arabic & English: Deep cultural understanding and native-level communication skills to effectively engage with local stakeholders.

#How You Will Achieve This (Operating Principles):

  • With systems thinking — you’ll see across moving parts and design structured processes to keep them aligned.
  • With urgency and discipline — you’ll act fast, track progress relentlessly, and keep everyone accountable.
  • With collaboration, you’ll connect deeply with all teams, from school staff to tech and curriculum leads.
  • With continuous improvement, you’ll track what’s working, fix what’s not, and keep us moving forward.
