What you’ll do Work closely with Growth manager to develop onsite strategy for Noon FoodLead a team of growth executives to deliver quarterly onsite OKRsIdeate creative and innovative campaigns to be incorporated into campaign calendarEnsure that the onsite calendar aligns with campaign calendar Build, test and execute campaigns on the onsite tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data workflow and segmentationLead the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with design, content and marketing teamsConduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performanceQuality check the application and ensure there are no errors on the platformQuality check the customer journey and ensure this is seamless for customers What you’ll need:Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field4+ years of overall work experience with 2+ years of team management experience2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably startupAbility to generate ideas and solve problems independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results Who will excel?‘noon isn’t for everyone.
