What you'll do : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving configuration-related issues, managing tickets efficiently, and supporting testing and deployment activities. Your key tasks will involve identifying patterns in system issues, creating effective solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Ticket Resolution : Effectively resolve configuration-related issues by investigating and diagnosing problems, ensuring timely closure of tickets. Pattern Recognition & Solution Creation : Identify recurring issues, analyze patterns, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent future occurrences. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate clearly and efficiently with various stakeholders, including team members, tech teams, DevOps, and business users, to ensure issue resolution aligns with business needs. Testing & Deployment : Assist with testing configurations and changes in systems, ensuring they meet requirements before deployment. Participate in deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation. Work Under Pressure : Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality results. System Knowledge : Apply your knowledge of system processes, configurations, and deployment procedures to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
