About the role
Develop and oversee the detailed implementation plan for each track.
Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and facilitators for cohesive execution.
Resolve operational challenges and provide ongoing support to program staff.
Oversee the design and delivery of our offering's four learning tracks (Academic Achievement, University Preparation, Future Job Skills, Identifying Interests and Tendencies), ensuring alignment with program goals.
Ensure quality control of offering content and activities, providing tailored solutions for NGO participants.
Collect and analyze feedback to improve the Tamkeen program experience.
