Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Non-Voice Support role based in Hyderabad. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and issues through non-voice communication channels such as email and chat. Responsibilities include providing efficient and professional customer support, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires effective collaboration with team members to ensure a timely resolution of customer concerns and contribution to an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical challenges
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively articulate solutions and provide clear, professional responses
- Experience in Customer Support with a focus on maintaining a positive customer experience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a support role or related field is an advantage
