As a Non-Voice Process Executive at VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling customer support tasks through non-voice channels. This includes managing email, chat, and other digital communication platforms. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and online forms.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Process and document customer requests and feedback in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Monitor and manage communication channels to ensure prompt responses and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or intervention.
- Review and update customer support procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals and performance targets set by VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of college education.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service support or a similar non-voice process role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using email, chat, and other digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience with CRM software or similar systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach and strong work ethic.
