Job Summary
We are looking for experienced professionals in
Payment Processing with a strong background in
ACH (Automated Clearing House) operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation within a non-voice environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payment processing , including ACH, checks, and card transactions
- Perform transaction settlement and reconciliation activities accurately
- Process ACH payments in compliance with US banking standards
- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies and exceptions
- Ensure timely processing of transactions within defined SLAs
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Required Skills Experience
- Minimum experience in Payment Processing / Settlement operations
- Strong knowledge of ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes
- Experience with check processing and card transactions
- Good understanding of financial operations and reconciliation
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have experience in ACH / Payment Processing domain
- Non-voice process experience preferred
- Candidates from AML or KYC backgrounds are NOT eligible
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in banking or financial services operations
- Familiarity with US payment systems and compliance standards
