Role Description
We are seeking a full-time International Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Pune City. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You will assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of client communication. Additionally, you will support customers in navigating solutions, track service progress, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- A proactive approach to enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining positive client relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and managing customer queries effectively
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
