We’re Hiring | Non-IT Recruiter / US Staffing (2–4 Years Experience)

📍 Location: Cyber Towers, Hyderabad (On-site)

🕒 Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with US Staffing experience to join our team. If you have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / niche skill roles in the US market

• Active sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / US Staffing

• Proven experience in sourcing niche and critical skill sets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
